Thanks for this guide. In the preparation section, you could add Goblin Gliders which are always super useful. I also recommend picking Northrend Engineering and Draenor Archeology as temporary professions. The first allows the use of the loot-a-rang toy which allows looting movs from a distance. The second one is required to picknsome treasures in Draenor.
From “The Burning Crusade” expansion, weapons like Klinge der Zauberei, Die Nachtklinge and recipes for different weapons are really valuable. The best example is Pläne: Teufelsstahlangschwert, worth 500.000+ Gold. These items are World Drops, you can find them in all raids and dungeons. I don’t know any Open World Drops, but that does not mean there are none. Another great transmog source are world bosses and rare spawns on Outland.
To exit a instance quickly. Create a group in the Group Finder when you are finished in the instance, then leave the group. You will then be ported out of the instance after a minute. When you got a dungeon down, you can make and leave the group around one minute before you reach the end of the dungeon and you won’t have to stand around and wait for 1 minute. This will teleport you to the nearest graveyard, on most dungeons this is right outside but on some there is a bit of a run.
Potions serve more utilitarian purposes, and it's up to you to decide whether to make use of them. The most common is the Swiftness Potion, which can provide you a handy boost in speed while going after annoying quest objectives indoors. These are generally MASSIVELY overpriced, because people know how useful they are. I opted not to spend the gold since Warriors are already fairly mobile, but slower classes may benefit greatly from these.
It’s a good thing that the previous expansion, Legion, was the best in the game’s history because Battle for Azeroth is coasting on its success. The major class redesigns that happened then remain in effect (though some are a little worse, and some a little better), and the combination of World Quests and Mythic+ dungeons means there’s always something to do, no matter your skill level or how long you can play.
This is also the reason why when I read in WoW forums of people skipping guide sections, due to being too low level I'm not agree and start ranting about it: it'll be a mess syncronizing with the guide and I've seen many people complaining about missing quests or accusing the guide for being innacurate, but not realizing that was their fault since they're skipping and missing a lot of quest chain requirement. Of course this apply if you're following a guide, believe me, it's very frustrating when you remain stuck in a guide section due to the reasons I've mentioned, more than doing grey quests (but they allow to be perfectly in sync with the guide) and goiing here and there to get the pre-requisite quests.
Make sure you have the two Flight-Path toys purchased, as this can save you time. It won't have EVERY flight path, but will have major locations for faster travel if you need to switch zones entirely(which you will). If you buy the toys on one faction, it unlocks for the other faction as well. So don't spend double the gold! These toys can be found at the heirloom vendor(Undercity for Horde, Ironforge for Alliance)
Tiragarde Sound and Stormsong Valley are both fairly similar zones, but Stormsong is a little longer, meaning that you might not even have to finish it to hit 120. Tiragarde also comes with a bit of a warning. There are plenty of side quests to do in the zone after you finish the story quests. Don’t do them. It’s not worth the time or the experience you’ll get.

Spell Batching in WoW Classic We've got another bit of news about spell batching in Classic. Back then, it was common for a Warrior to Pummel a Mage who simultaneously Polymorphed a Warrior. The Mage suffered Pummel damage, but no spell-school lock, because the Mage cast did not get interrupted, since both spells were in the same batch. Spell batching was never eliminated in WoW, but the modern game processes more batches of actions from players. A lot of people ask about good routes to farm when doing these professions, but there really are no special routes to run. If a route is posted online then that area will quickly be overpopulated with people gathering. The best way to go about it is to get the Gathermate addon and spend a few hours gathering all over the zone. You will then get aquainted with the entire zone and where the different herbs or ore spawn, and you will get severel of your own routes you can take depending on if there are other players competing with you for the nodes.

Thanks for bringing this question to our attention. Addons and their availability are a large part of what makes WoW great. Any addon that enhances your User Interface [UI] is totally okay, however, anything that automates your character's play [you can walk away from your computer and your character is still leveling, in combat, etc] is decidedly not okay and falls under exploitation and botting. If you are concerned at all or think the particular addon/guide may fall under that second category, for your safety, I recommend you just stay away from that one as violations of the Botting/Exploitation aspect of the Terms of Use is a bannable offense. Alchemy is a great profession for gold-making as the main outputs are consumed on use, this means that there will always be demand for new potions and flasks. The old world recipes are also very profitable. I haven’t written anything on BfA Alchemy yet sadly. The best guide I could find was this one by Para on youtube. I think it’s missing some important details, so I suggest you read my post on Legion alchemy as it covers everything you need to know about procs, which work the same way in BfA, even if the rank 3 recipes are obtained in a different way.
-PvP- Completely broken for some classes and I mean broken going from both sides of the spectrum, from classes destroying everyone, to classes that can't even kill another player. It's fairly common for a weak class to lose to a powerful class even if the weak class outgears them by 50+ ilvls. That's how broken PvP is and Blizzard doesn't seem to know what to do to fix it other than do blanket damage nerfs/buffs as those are the only changes we've seen.

Update: The reason for less experience from gathering is due to how Blizzard revamped professions and broke them down by expansion. In order to get full exp from gathering you'll simply need to find a profession trainer for the relevant expansion. (WoD you just mine or herb the first one ypu come across and the game gives you a scroll for learning WoD gathering).

Materials ('mats') - items that get used in professions. This is driven more by use than by source; for example, copper is very easy to mine, but it is widely in demand, and you can often find bargains in copper, bargains you can profit from. Contrarily, some very scarce mats may have low demand, may only be used in one mediocre recipe, and may not sell.
Do quests and complete the story of your first chosen area before returning to your capital to scrap all of the equipment items you acquired. You should be around Level 113 by the time you complete your first area. Before selecting your second zone, head to your faction hub ship to acquire your introductory quests to the mission table and your champions. Complete this introduction and then pick up the quest to establish your first foothold in enemy territory.

Much of the new expansion revolves around traveling at sea, specifically to unique uncharted islands not yet found on the game's world map. These procedurally-generated islands are ripe with loot to plunder, should you meet their unique challenges. The last farm on this list, actually I was surprised this farm eluded me for so long.  Generally speaking gnomergan is a huge confusing instance that takes some getting used to but if your a high value transmog farmer this does not scare you.  You can pull the entire instance and get access to a plethora of high value loot such a recipes, world drops, greens and even engineer supplies.  Overall this farm is shadowed by the Diremaul farm and Zulfarrak farm, but is an equal change of scenery with a wild card if you get the hot shot pilots gloves OR the mechbuilders overalls worth 400,000g and 60,000g respectively.  A pretty cool neat farm that noone really mentioned until now.

Island Expeditions:[5] 3-Player co-op with optional 3v3 gameplay. Players will explore uncharted isles across the Great Sea. AQ20 is a really nice transmog farm. The worms called Silicate Feeder are acutally the mobs with the best loot in the raids so be sure to loot them. They are found between the 3rd and 4th boss. Be sure not to kill ANY of the mobs in the room with the 2nd boss as that will start the encounter for the boss. You can go through the whole instance without killing any bosses, so you can choose to run the entire raid or exit after killing the worms by creating a group in the group finder and leaving it.
I used Zygor for legion and BFA, used AA on an alt for BFA. Personally i like Zygors format more. I like being able to target things like achievements. I used Zygor to get my Mindworm and my Lucid Nightmare as well as finish the Rep grinds for the allied races. I have zero complaints. My experience was great. I also used Zygor for some professions, recipe acquisition, a couple mounts, all of the Suramar quest line. Thank God for that. And for the last zone of Draenor on my Demon Hunter.. i forget the name.. Whatever the big daily hub thing was called.

Although you usually don't want to buy items to sell from vendor, some items can be sold for much more than you pay for them from the vendor. There are a few reasons people will buy a vendor item for a higher cost at the AH. They vendor may be hard to get to, the recipe only sells in limited stock, or the buyer simply may not know where the item is from.

On March 23, 2018, Zygor Guides announced that they would end support for their ESO guide. Later, via answers given on the forums, they confirmed they would not add a leveling guide for Summerset. Their guide is Public Domain with Zygor's blessing for the community to create guides. So I took it upon myself to create a Summerset guide for the ESO community.
As the battle for Darkshore begins, both the Alliance and Horde are blindsided by a new development: High Overlord Saurfang, who had been defeated and captured in the Battle of Lordearon, has suddenly escaped Alliance captivity and is on the run. Sylvanas sends Horde Champions to track Saurfang down, ostensibly to extract him. However, it quickly becomes apparent that the search party is in fact an assassination squad, as Sylvanas suspects Saurfang of colluding with the Alliance in an attempt to dethrone her. While some Horde champions choose to side with Saurfang and help him escape the assassins, other champions remain loyal to Sylvanas and report Saurfang's and the dissenting champions' treachery to her.

While enchanting is generally considered expensive to level, you can make a profit with it as soon as you start disenchanting for profit. It is not unlikely that almost any green item in this case will have a buyout price for a lot less than the materials it disenchants into. Likewise, it is lucrative to check the auction house for green items with unpopular suffixes, such as "of the Gorilla," with low starting bids.
I dont know if this exist already, if it does I couldnt find one, but it would be nice to have a guide with the location of all daily quest broken down by Alliance, Horde, Faction, Neutral, etc. I know there can be variable quest for things like Fishing and Cooking but just having the location for those quest givers would be great. If it were a stand alone addon that would be even better!
For instance, Horde players see their story through an oppressively dark light, and it’s easy to see why. The Horde exclusive content — the War of the Thorns, the end-game war campaign, and the Darkshore quests and warfront — is all focused on killing, blighting, burning, betraying, and raising people into undeath. Yet canonically, the Horde is the one who stopped G’huun in Uldir and saved the world. The Alliance had access to the exact same content, just with less lore and story. The Horde players don’t get the balance of feeling like they saved the world, because it would mean Alliance players would sit on their hands for months watching the rest of the players advance.
With Legion, character arcs like Illidan’s redemption became a central pillar of the main story. Battle for Azeroth has expand on that in a big way by focusing on key characters from Warcraft’s lore. Incursions are a new world content activity that are unlocked when one character has unlocked World Quests. This feature is unlocked account-wide meaning that all characters on that account can access Incursions even without being Level 120. This provides for a lucrative experience acquisition method that is available in a similar pattern to what Legion Invasions offered with nearly an entire level earned by completing an Incursion series which involves four World Quests and one mini-scenario at the end. These also grant item level 370 weapons and Azerite armor, so they should be done any time they are up. Incursions follow a similar schedule to Invasions and are available for 20 hours once they are initiated.
You will need to cover very large areas in order to get a few chests as they are quite rare. Vanilla, TBC and WotLK zones work best. The way I like to do it is to park one Rogue class trial in Outland and one in Northrend, then fly over the whole continent and look for chests. One whole run might only yield 3-10 chests but you will still make a bunch of gold as you are almost guaranteed rares in chests in these zones.
The Alliance are able to unlock the void elves (exiled blood elves who can tap into shadow magic, trained by Alleria Windrunner after her experiences on Argus), Lightforged draenei (draenei members of the Army of the Light who fought the Legion on Argus), Dark Iron dwarves (fire-blooded cousins of the in-game dwarves of Ironforge), and Kul Tiran humans (larger, more heavyset versions of the in-game humans of Stormwind).[6]
First of all, the value of transmog is decided by rarity and how they look. Some items like Minenarbeithut der Tiefen or Pendel der Verdammnis (they can drop in Uldaman) are worth millions of gold. They are worth so much, because they have a really small chance to drop. Other items are bought well because they look good. Best example in this case is the Glorious set, its legplates Glorreichen Beinplatte reach a 100.000 Gold value easily.
Bags: This SHOULD be a no-brainer. The cheap-o version are Netherweave bags, but if you have the gold I recommend you get the largest bags you can afford, since it means you won't have to stop to clean them out as often. In fact, if you have an excess of gold, it's probably not even worth your time to stop and loot mobs that aren't quest objectives. This seems like a small thing, but over the course of 100+ levels, all those clicks to loot add up.
Congratulations on reaching Level 120! There are a myriad of new things to do. The first thing you should do is head to your faction hub ship where you have been doing your mission table quests and footholds to pick up and complete the quests necessary to unlock World Quests. World Quests will provide you an opportunity to grind reputation levels, acquire gear, and gather Azerite. This level range opens a variety of zones from the Cataclysm expansion, which are spread across the game’s original continents, but it’s more efficient to head to the continent of Pandaria. You can spend the entirety of this level range exploring its uniquely themed zones and quests. The Jade Forest, Valley of the Four Winds, and Kun-Lai Summit are our picks, but all the zones are worth checking out.
An important aspect to crafting professions in BfA are the warfront contributions. During the contribution phase of a war front you will have to turn in various crafted items to help the war effort. During this time you can make gold with all the professions in the game if you are crafting the items that are currently required for turn-ins. This effect is pretty much the same across all the professions, so I will not be mentioning it specifically.
There will not be as many class changes in Battle for Azeroth for PC as there were for Legion, with some notable exceptions. “There will be a lot more to share going forward,” Ion Hazzikostas says, “but in broad terms, there will be fewer class changes than in Legion. Not all experiments were successful (i.e. Demonology Warlocks). Survival Hunter execution needs work but we’re committed to the melee Hunter.”

Restoration Druid's role in the raid edges slightly more towards healing big damage spikes. We retain all the powerful options we had before to do so: Incarnation: Tree of Life, Flourish, and Tranquility. Unfortunately, this playstyle leads to a significant loss in steady healing throughout a fight. However, being able to cover harder parts of the encounters has been historically a very strong niche to fill, assuming your throughput is competitive with other healers in the raid.
Destructions Warlocks have also seen quite a few changes at the beginning of Battle for Azeroth. As they currently stand, they are a fairly safe pick for most types of encounters. While overall their damage output is average, their sustained damage abilities make them incredibly stable and adaptable in both single and multi-target encounters. They also have the lowest ramp up time of any Warlock spec, meaning they will be good to go from the start of a fight. They also feature highly customizable talent trees which produces a more flexible gameplay that can be shaped on a per-encounter basis.
One of my favorite features is the Smart Injection System, which automatically determines the optimal place for your character to get started with the guides, based on your level and quest history. In other words, it doesn’t matter what level you are currently, you can jump right in and continue seamlessly with the guides. It also means that you don’t have to be a slave to the guides, they work perfectly even if you’re also leveling in instances, battlegrounds, using heirlooms or rested EXP. If your level ever gets ahead of the guide, just use the built-in feature to skip to the right place again. Very cool.
This is not to say that you should never buy gear. Having equipment that is reasonably current while leveling allows you to kill enemies faster, and die less often in the process. Faster leveling = sooner to higher levels (where the real money is to be made). Likewise, death = loss of time. And, as we all know, "Time is money, friend!" So, players should not hesitate to make well-considered equipment acquisitions during their leveling up, but only if they represent a substantial improvement over their existing equipment and if the price is right. Try to find good deals. It should go without saying that you should never purchase any equipment from vendors; always use the Auction House. Look several levels above and below your own for bargains. Don't buy items that you won't hold onto for at least 4-5 levels. And don't always use the buyout option at the AH. Some of the best deals come from bidding and being patient - it'll be two days at the most. Of course, if you play too hard you may have surpassed that weapon by the time you win it. In which case, you may want to auction it again. If you know there's an item that would be great for you, say, five levels from now, keep your eye out for it and bid on it, several times if need be. When you get it, stuff it away for later. That's why you have a bank alt.
