Always updated: Zygor‘s is completely updated for the 5.4.2 patch and will be for all subsequent patches and expansion, including Warlords of Draenor. You’ll be able to do the blast to level 90 (and later, 100) in very good time and get into all that good end game stuff. It does this with an easy to use updating widget so you will always be up to date.
We’ll be receiving more details on Patch 8.2, Rise of Azshara, once it hits the public test realm. The core issue that Blizzard will need to solve is restoring a sense of player agency. While the new patch seems chock full of endgame content and systems, it remains to be seen whether those help make players feel more powerful and in control. Azshara is one of the most intimidating villains remaining in World of Warcraft, and she may be able to restore a sense of agency and urgency to players as they prepare to raid her eternal palace.
Welcome! While this leveling guide is specifically made for the class and specialization(s) listed, we also have a general Battle for Azeroth leveling guide that focuses on the specific features of the Battle for Azeroth expansion including preparation of your mission table that will be used to unlock new areas, progressing on your faction's War Effort to save time at Level 120, and a reminder to keep ALL of the gear you find for the Scrap-o-Matic 1000 or Shred-Master Mk1, which will greatly increase your resource generating capabilities. Please visit our 110 to 120 leveling guide for this information and more (including Heirloom and War Mode advice that also applies to players who are not yet Level 110.
I made some route changes to the Horde levels 43-44 sections. I have swapped 44 Dustwallow Marsh with 44 Desolace (the entire sections). This allowed me to do Deadmire (at lvl 43 instead of 38) and then go stop at TB to turn in Deadmire + The Black Shield at the same time, then fly quickly to do the Desolace stuff. Doing 44 Desolace is now mandatory because I think its faster with the new routes. This will also make the level 53 grind much shorter. I think these were great changes.
Be cold-blooded about admitting that you've taken a bath on an item. If you bought that sword for 5g, listed it for 10g, and the listing cost is 2g50s each time, after two times it had better sell just to break even. Once you hit that point, don't keep listing it over and over in desperation trying to make something off the AH. D/E it, or vendor it, and move on. Lesson learned. Don't get trapped in the fallacy of sunk costs.
The story up until 8.2 has been focused nearly entirely on red versus blue — the battle between the Horde and Alliance. “There’s been a lot of strong opinions,” says Hazzikostas, “because there are a lot of strong connections to these characters, especially on the Horde side.” Saurfang and Sylvanas, the Battle of Dazar’Alor, and Jaina’s narrative arc are all stories that the team consider successful.
Blizzard has taken steps in recent years to smooth out out the leveling experience — Legion allows players to immediately boost one character to level 100, for instance — but if you want to roll multiple characters without spending money on multiple level boosters, you’ll need to spend time leveling. Thankfully, with the right maneuvers, it’s possible to level a character to 110 in a relatively short time. Here are some pointers for leveling in World of Warcraft, so you can rush through old zones and explore the new.
Your server population may determine how much profit you can make. Lower population servers generally have lower prices in the AH as there is less demand, but rare items or recipes can really make a profit as they are harder to come by. Higher population servers have a higher demand. However, they are more likely to have a flooded market, which makes items hard to sell, especially in the case of low-level gathering professions.
If you already have a high level character or a friend willing to give you gold then you can purchase Heirloom items. These items are bound to account and are accessible through the Heirlooms tab using Shift+P. The benefits of these Heirloom items is that they scale with your level keeping your gear up to date without you having to worry about upgrades, and they provide a significant XP bonus.
The downside is that War Mode will make you vulnerable to other players, which means you might be killed more often. Whether it’s worthwhile will depend on the zones you’re visiting and how active the other faction is on your server cluster. Heavily populated realms usually mean more players on both sides, and more conflict, but on quieter realms, you may rarely run across an enemy.
New to Patch 8.1 is a new leveling flask called the Draught of Ten Lands which increases all primary and secondary stats by 20 and experience gained by 10%. This effect lasts for one hour and persists through death, similar to other battle flasks. This item can be purchased using a new Patch 8.1 currency called 7th Legion Service Medal or Honorbound Service Medal which can be earned doing the new incursions and Warfront activities. Simple earn these medals on your main character, purchase the flasks, and send them to your other characters. The cost is 10 of the medals.
After each Time Trial, we will determine the top 8 teams for each region. The races between these teams will be broadcast live on Twitch each Saturday and Sunday throughout the season. Set sail for the previously unmapped isles of Azeroth. Battle in groups of three as you race against cunning rival intruders—or enemy players—to collect the island’s resources. Constantly evolving challenges await as you traverse frozen landscapes near Northrend, open the gates of an abandoned Gilnean castle, navigate a war between elementals and more. Tides of Vengeance adds two new Island Expeditions to the mix and two new random events, as well as updated rewards.
Different qualities aren't limited only to wild pets—many rare World drops and special non-wild companions have had their stats boosted. For example, the world-drop dragon whelps (Azure Whelpling, Crimson Whelpling, Dark Whelpling, and Emerald Whelpling) are of [rare] quality. Check your Pet Journal to see the color-coded rarity of your non-wild pets.
Grinding mobs is tedious and slow. Questing is much faster since you get the massive quest experience in addition to the monster's experience. There is no grinding in this guide - you can go through every single level by simply questing! There is minimal traveling time as the guide leads you visually through maps so you can quickly rack up quest experience.
By the way, both the guide window and the waypoint arrow can be moved anywhere on screen. I usually keep the arrow top center and the guide at the bottom right, but go ahead an put it anywhere it makes sense for you. You can even disappear the guide window anytime you like. No point in having it up while you’re raiding the other side’s towns, right? 😉
1. Don't just take anybody with some gold willing to go. Make sure they at least have some heroic gear or better. Bringing someone in greens not only hurts your chances of killing the bosses, but these players often anger those who are in better gear that need one item and then get outbid by some "noob". You are looking again to establish relationships and repeat customers!
I'm just now coming back to WOW and TSM after a long time and boy has this incredible addon changed! Right now I'm leveling all expansion version of inscriptions so I'm able to craft all the illusions. I created an All Herb group from this import ( https://www.tradeskillmaster.com/group-maker/ogth3m9d ) but when I search this group in the shopping tab you see it is searching all items (Scanning x/120 in the status). However, only BFA herbs are shown. I verified that this group is using the default, stock shopping operation and validated that operation was indeed stock. What am I doing wrong?
In World of Warcraft®: Battle for Azeroth™, the seventh expansion to Blizzard Entertainment’s acclaimed massively multiplayer online role-playing game, the fall of the Burning Legion sets off a series of disastrous incidents that reignites the conflict at the heart of the Warcraft® saga. As a new age of warfare begins, Azeroth’s heroes must set out on a journey to recruit new allies, race to claim the world’s mightiest resources in order to turn the tides of war, and fight on several fronts to determine whether the Horde or Alliance will lead Azeroth into its uncertain future.
1. Begin by providing a sell message that is clear and concise. This includes the grammar and punctuation just as much as it does the word choice. Try changing that "Some noob buy my sh!t" into "Looking to sell a ____. Please message me if interested. Thanks!". People would rather see a message that is obviously not from a foreign gold farmer or a younger kid. These sellers are hard to deal with and have the stereotype of scamming the honest player.
3. Offer to bring the item to the buyer if possible. You can offer to meet them in a closer location to them if you are unable to get to say Dalaran as a level 1. Most of the time, they will shift click to see where you are and just offer to take the portal to Orgrimmar or Stormwind since you are level 1. Common courtesies are a huge part of marketing, people want to feel special!
Aaron "Sours" Shaffer is a former competitor who played Hunter in the second Tespa Great Collegiate Dungeon Race in 2016 and MDI 2017. He then transitioned into casting, helping to bring North American and Chinese MDI to your screens, as well as taking on a role as an analyst at the first ever MDI LAN. He hopes to help highlight the skill and talent of the world’s best dungeon runners. His advice to the competitors is to "focus on your own game—it's not about who makes the first mistake in a race, it's about who makes the last". His goal with the MDI program is for viewers to appreciate the time and effort that competitors put into optimizing their play when they stand at the top of the world.
The Heart of Azeroth is an artifact given to the player character from the world soul via Magni Bronzebeard. It is a necklace that can use the power of Azerite, the lifeblood of the embryonic titan Azeroth (See Plot, below). Azerite is similar in function to Legion's artifact power, in that it is gathered normally from playing the game and is used to upgrade an artifact; likewise, the Heart is similar in function to Legion's artifact weapons by having the capacity to be constantly upgraded. Unlike artifact weapons, however, the Heart is shared with all of the player's specializations and can empower all eligible pieces worn simultaneously.
This is a real player Hirumaredx's video strategy. It goes over Top 10 powerful abilities and combos that were incredibly strong at 1 point or another in wow. These top abilities will not only cover strong damage dealing abilities, but also defensive and CC effects.Today mmogah.com will share the top 5 powerful abilities first, and I hope that they are useful for many wow fans.
Allied races: Our new allies will join the factions and players will be able to unlock the ability to play their race. There are 6 planned for launch. Horde: Nightborne, Highmountain tauren, Zandalari troll. Alliance: Void elf, Lightforged draenei, Dark Iron dwarf. Additional races are planned for the future. Receive a Heritage Armor set, if you level an allied race character to level 110.
This is also the reason why when I read in WoW forums of people skipping guide sections, due to being too low level I'm not agree and start ranting about it: it'll be a mess syncronizing with the guide and I've seen many people complaining about missing quests or accusing the guide for being innacurate, but not realizing that was their fault since they're skipping and missing a lot of quest chain requirement. Of course this apply if you're following a guide, believe me, it's very frustrating when you remain stuck in a guide section due to the reasons I've mentioned, more than doing grey quests (but they allow to be perfectly in sync with the guide) and goiing here and there to get the pre-requisite quests.
The most important part of saving is to never buy equipment unless you're positive that it will increase your earning potential, or significantly speed your character's leveling progress. While it is true that gear is important (particularly for melee combat characters), it is also true that an overemphasis on having great gear before maximum level is dumb. Who cares if you're wearing a green sword at level 43? If you're advancing well, you aren't going to be level 43 for very long anyway. The only gear that currently "counts" is max level gear.
Still, it’s terrible to see the new expansion fail so spectacularly at iterating on Legion’s success. It’s hard to believe the two expansions came from the same company. Legion made you feel powerful and unique. Battle for Azeroth grinds at you by taking away as much as it gives. Sure, you can have a shiny toy. Sometimes. If you don’t get too carried away.
The world quests aren’t necessarily bad, but they aren’t good either. I wouldn’t mind killing five of a type of monster or fighting one particular boss a few times, but after seven or eight, it starts to wear pretty thin. But going from levels in the mid-20s can take nearly 30,000 AP, so you’ll need more than world quests if you want to get your heart up in a reasonable time.
So tonight I took the plunge and thought hey let me buy a Zygor Guides subscription to see how it is. A guide backed by a subscriber base paying for a premium experience this has to be great right? I was wrong. I tested it by loading it up on the Honorboud Rep Guide. Cool it tells me to do World Quests and Island Expeditions. So far so good but hang on... What about the Wanted Quests? Those are by far the biggest boost to reputation. It did not mention them at all. So I thought that's fine it's probably because BFA is quite new. Loaded up a leveling guide on an alt. It was a complete mess. The guide was telling me to accept quests that A) would be horribly inefficient to level with and B) I already done. I also started noticing weird performance issues. Zygor was causing stuttering and FPS dips like crazy. So to close off I requested a refund and the person I spoke to did say I'll be getting one but we will see if that happens. Not getting my hopes up.
If you already have a high-level character and want to quickly level up a new one, by far the best tools for the job are the items labeled “heirloom gear.” These pieces of gear have two very special properties — they bind to your account, so any character you own can use them, and they grant bonus experience. Their stats also scale with your character’s level up to a certain point, so you can equip a fresh character with heirloom gear and power through much of the game.
Warfronts are larger, 20-man challenges that take inspiration from the Warcraft strategy games. Players are deployed on the Warfront to collect resources, destroy enemy troops, construct buildings, and eventually launch an assault to take over the enemy base. These battles take 20 to 40 minutes to complete and, unlike Island Expeditions, don’t offer a PvP mode.
Drustvar is far and away the hardest Alliance zone, which is exactly why you want to do it first. If you have legendary items, they’ll still be usable, and if you don’t, this zone will still be easier early on than it will be later. Drustvar is also extremely fast and will let you jump out ahead of your competition in other zones, which means fewer players around to take your quest objectives.
The neutral auction house can become one of your best friends. Other players are constantly checking both factions' auction houses to find an appropriate price for the good they demand. Often times, goods are cheaper on the alliance because they have more people, thus, the supply increases as demand decreases and price goes down. If you are horde, feel free to transfer gold to your alliance toon through the neutral auction house in order to buy them item and bring it back to the horde side where it is more expensive. The 15%, as of patch 3.3.3 (down from 30%) is well worth the extra 50% or more you can easily make on one item alone. Blizzard decreased the neutral cut for a reason to 15%, that reason is to get trade facilitated between the horde and alliance. Make sure you take advantage of this! Tips when trading between factions:
