You’ll get a small window inside the game with instructions for what you need to do next, every step of the way to 120. You’ll also get a waypoint arrow that points you in the right direction to go at all times. If this sounds extremely convenient, you’re right! Zygor’s leveling guide/addon has completely taken the frustration out of leveling for me, personally. No more reading comments on WoWHead about how to complete quests. No more getting stuck, frustrated and bored with leveling. And no more feeling like WoW takes too much effort.
Rogues can make fast money from pickpocketing mobs, opening lockboxes and selling items that drop from those on the AH. If you don't have a rogue make one and get him to at least level 16. Rogues can also make some money by picking locks for people and getting tips. Not a great revenue source, but a decent one to supplement multiple strategies for making money. Generally, the usual lockpicking tip is between 50s to 1 gold, the most common being 50 silver. Sometimes, you can get lucky and have someone tip up to 5 gold for lockpicking several (or even just one) boxes. It's always beneficial for a rogue spending time doing repairing, training, etc. in a city to put up a lockpicking advertisement on the trade channel. Just make sure you let the buyers decide the price and that your lockpicking level is high enough.

And if you decide you need to go back to an early zone to get low level minerals or herbs? Instead of meekly wandering around ignoring you to gather in peace, now the local mobs are the same as you again and aggro on you. So you have to fight your way in and out. Blood Elves and Dwarves gain access to Heritage armor as part of 8.1, as well, without a prolonged quest line, though they’ll need to be exalted through Silvermoon and Ironforge, respectively, in order to receive it. A Warfront called The Battle for Darkshore focuses on the struggle between Night Elves and the Forsaken. During the Warfront, you’ll be able to transform your character with temporary abilities, and when your faction controls either the Darkshore or Arathi Highlands, you’ll gain access to world quests.
From “The Burning Crusade” expansion, weapons like Klinge der Zauberei, Die Nachtklinge and recipes for different weapons are really valuable. The best example is Pläne: Teufelsstahlangschwert, worth 500.000+ Gold. These items are World Drops, you can find them in all raids and dungeons. I don’t know any Open World Drops, but that does not mean there are none. Another great transmog source are world bosses and rare spawns on Outland.
The guide works great (of course expect a) BUT, after reaching 120 there should also be a guide to open and explore the remaining areas. Also, sometimes when multiple objectives are required, the guide forces you to follow in the order the guide prefers and if you don’t the objective is not rewarded. Gotta start catching up on the followers guides also. All in all, the $47 a year in-game guide is well worth it.
Spell Batching in WoW Classic We've got another bit of news about spell batching in Classic. Back then, it was common for a Warrior to Pummel a Mage who simultaneously Polymorphed a Warrior. The Mage suffered Pummel damage, but no spell-school lock, because the Mage cast did not get interrupted, since both spells were in the same batch. Spell batching was never eliminated in WoW, but the modern game processes more batches of actions from players. The goal with Classic is to ensure the experience of playing Vanilla. Another content update is planned, and will be called “Rise of Azshara.” The update will focus on the Naga and Queen Azshara and explore the area Nazjatar, and it will ultimately culminate in an eight-boss raid called “Azshara’s Eternal Palace.” Also coming in the update is a new area called “Mechagon,” which will feature its own mythic-level dungeon.
4. Is there a guild waiting for you on the target server that you are satisfied with? Often times, I have transferred to a server, made a lot of gold and quit the game out of boredom because I was without a guild. Another aspect behind this question is that often times in guilds, you can get free flasks and materials to craft goods instead of spending your own gold. This will add up in the long run, whether it's free repairs or free abyss crystals. Remember, you can always send the crystals to another toon and sell them for gold as well.
This is not to say that you should never buy gear. Having equipment that is reasonably current while leveling allows you to kill enemies faster, and die less often in the process. Faster leveling = sooner to higher levels (where the real money is to be made). Likewise, death = loss of time. And, as we all know, "Time is money, friend!" So, players should not hesitate to make well-considered equipment acquisitions during their leveling up, but only if they represent a substantial improvement over their existing equipment and if the price is right. Try to find good deals. It should go without saying that you should never purchase any equipment from vendors; always use the Auction House. Look several levels above and below your own for bargains. Don't buy items that you won't hold onto for at least 4-5 levels. And don't always use the buyout option at the AH. Some of the best deals come from bidding and being patient - it'll be two days at the most. Of course, if you play too hard you may have surpassed that weapon by the time you win it. In which case, you may want to auction it again. If you know there's an item that would be great for you, say, five levels from now, keep your eye out for it and bid on it, several times if need be. When you get it, stuff it away for later. That's why you have a bank alt.
But the system offers a painful and mindless grind. At worst, it feels like a cheap and artificial wall blocking you from playing your character to its full potential. Levels of your heart come fast at first, but the costs become prohibitive when you get up into level 20 or so. This wouldn’t be an issue if the most powerful Azerite gear didn’t require reaching level 22 to unlock even 75 percent of their full damage, leaving players left out of features from gear they’ve already collected. This means more grinding.
Combat is turn-based and there is no time limit on each round in a PVE Pet Battle. You can take your time to determine which spell to use next. Some pet abilities have multiple round cooldowns, while others can do extra damage if certain conditions are met. Be creative and have fun testing which combination of attacks works best against different wild pets!
It's hard to step out of the shadow of Legion, which was utterly fantastic in almost every way, to enter an expansion where you get one item per boss in the last expansion because the rules have been changed to force more grinding, where you have to grind reputation in the old expansion that you probably skipped because rep grinds suck JUST to unlock allied races (who aren't fully unique races since they recycle old content such as animations), where questing has SOMEHOW become boring again and where your new abilities are given by items you'll swap out every level, meanwhile being only boring passive effects no one cares about.

Grinding mobs is tedious and slow. Questing is much faster since you get the massive quest experience in addition to the monster's experience. There is no grinding in this guide - you can go through every single level by simply questing! There is minimal traveling time as the guide leads you visually through maps so you can quickly rack up quest experience.

While enchanting is generally considered expensive to level, you can make a profit with it as soon as you start disenchanting for profit. It is not unlikely that almost any green item in this case will have a buyout price for a lot less than the materials it disenchants into. Likewise, it is lucrative to check the auction house for green items with unpopular suffixes, such as "of the Gorilla," with low starting bids.
