Drustvar is far and away the hardest Alliance zone, which is exactly why you want to do it first. If you have legendary items, they’ll still be usable, and if you don’t, this zone will still be easier early on than it will be later. Drustvar is also extremely fast and will let you jump out ahead of your competition in other zones, which means fewer players around to take your quest objectives.
In BfA you can also craft weapons, including Bows. While I don’t have any personal experience I expect the item level 300/310 gear will sell as well as it does for blacksmithing. You can also utilize the level 110 bracers in the scrapper to generate expulsom. This may be cheaper than linen on some realms, but it heavily depends on Blood-stained bone prices.
Once you have your finished product and have a price for it, keep in mind that using either your faction AH or the neutral AH also costs money: if the item does not sell, its deposit is taken by the AH; if it does sell, the deposit is returned, but a cut from the payment it taken by the AH as a commission. You must factor this into your selling price: your faction's AH will take 5% from your sale, while the neutral ones will take 15%. You can factor this into your cost to determine the minimum price at which you need to sell to at least break even:
It’s a good thing that the previous expansion, Legion, was the best in the game’s history because Battle for Azeroth is coasting on its success. The major class redesigns that happened then remain in effect (though some are a little worse, and some a little better), and the combination of World Quests and Mythic+ dungeons means there’s always something to do, no matter your skill level or how long you can play.
This farm almost did not make the list, since every YouTuber and farmer alike has beaten it to death since it first appeared sometime in 2012.  There are so many videos on this spot, that it's hard to to stumble across one, even while searching for something completely mundane, like chicken wings or golf clubs.  Anyway, you want to pull the entire instance without aggroing any of the bosses, and if your a skinner you an make slightly more gold by skinning the hides.  Generally this farm is being phased out by the lvl 58 twilight outpost farm, and with good reason.  It's better and does not require you to enter the instance.  So more drops for you!  Not sure, why anyone would pick this spot over the latter unless you were really interested in increasing you skinning level.
Mists of Pandaria has a few rare mobs that drop epic BoE’s. Most are in Krasarang Wilds and most drop leg slot gear. Scritch is also very good as you can get the Hozen Peace Pipe from him. The best way to farm them is to occasionally check if they’re up and kill them all in the order listed below. That way you basically just fly through Krasarang Wilds with a short visit to Townlong Steppes, The Jade Forest and Kun-Lai Summit
Destructions Warlocks have also seen quite a few changes at the beginning of Battle for Azeroth. As they currently stand, they are a fairly safe pick for most types of encounters. While overall their damage output is average, their sustained damage abilities make them incredibly stable and adaptable in both single and multi-target encounters. They also have the lowest ramp up time of any Warlock spec, meaning they will be good to go from the start of a fight. They also feature highly customizable talent trees which produces a more flexible gameplay that can be shaped on a per-encounter basis.

If you can Solo an instance, you have two options. The first is to take the place apart yourself and sell all the drops on the Auction House. For level 80 characters, Scarlet Monastery, Uldaman, and other mid-level instances are easily soloable, and are a very popular source of cloth and marketable blue and green items. If you're reasonably well-geared, and feeling more adventurous, Scholomance and Stratholme are also soloable, and can be extremely lucrative as a source of auctionable items.


Anyway, however you choose to get to the addon's menu, choose guide list and then pick the zone you want to quest in. There are some zones that will autoselect based on quests in your log, but not all guides or all quests are set up that way. (If you don't want to switch to a guide that auto-pops up choose "not now" or "never") As you can see in the screenshot, there are various categories of guides. Most max level content (such as Argus) is found in Achievements rather than leveling.
2. Achieving. There are many pet battling achievements in game, and following the natural trail through the Taming [Continent] achievements up to Pandaria, and then on to the Spirit Tamers, Beasts of Fable and the Celestial Tournament was an epic journey for me and for many others. It's well worth doing. The Celestial Tournament is still, IMO, the pinnacle of PvE pet battling. However, WoD and Legion and BfA have added more battling achievements.
To do this, you will need up the WoW Legion Expansion, a maximum of 10 characters including a Herbalist at Lvl 100+, and, of course, Seeds! You can get the seeds by farming them, doing Herbalism World Quests, or buying or trading them in the Auction House. Usual seed raids can are for 30, 50, and 100 seeds and raiding them can take up to a maximum of two hours.

This is a risky way to make money, and not recommended. Tell a player that if he beats you in a duel you will give him 10 gold, but if you beat him he has to give you 5 gold. This can be very effective if you are skilled in PvP and make the bet with a trustworthy person, or friends. It is a very risky strategy, as you may lose gold, or the other player won't cough up the money anyway. You will also get a bad reputation if you don't cough up the money in the case of defeat.
Rogues can make fast money from pickpocketing mobs, opening lockboxes and selling items that drop from those on the AH. If you don't have a rogue make one and get him to at least level 16. Rogues can also make some money by picking locks for people and getting tips. Not a great revenue source, but a decent one to supplement multiple strategies for making money. Generally, the usual lockpicking tip is between 50s to 1 gold, the most common being 50 silver. Sometimes, you can get lucky and have someone tip up to 5 gold for lockpicking several (or even just one) boxes. It's always beneficial for a rogue spending time doing repairing, training, etc. in a city to put up a lockpicking advertisement on the trade channel. Just make sure you let the buyers decide the price and that your lockpicking level is high enough.
Nov 5 Can't find add or request friend Hi, just started on WoW in the starter edition. I was wondering how do I know/find when a player wants to friend me. I can't see find it when I press "o." It's just left blank list. Where do I accept the friend request window? I tried to type the name of the person, but it seems to it as invalid name. 2. Once you have an interested buyer, stay firm in your price. This does not mean to never make them feel like they are getting a bargain. You can subtract 5% off the price and not be hurt as long as you still make a profit! Remember this, as that 5% may not be a big deal to you, but the buyer will feel special and might buy the item for the slightly reduced price. I can not emphasize enough that this is not the same as undercutting! Do not drop every good every time or you develop a reputation as a soft seller and people take more liberties in their dealings with you. If you give someone a constant 5% discount, then they begin to want 10% and then 15% until you no longer make a profit. Discounts are used when you feel that the seller may be pulling away and you really want to just profit and move on!
Dec 28, 2016 Better Living through Technology!(new2macros) *note: this guide is for people who haven't used macros or advanced keybinds and want to try. Macros are basically 'super buttons' that you can create in order to use multiple abilities and spells from the same button. This means even if you have 15 different abilities, you can key them all to 3-5 buttons. With macros you can do things like: 1) have all your buff spells on one button 2) 'hide' abilities that you don't use very often so they only show when you need them 3) 'group' similar abilities so that, for example, all your commonly used melee skills are on one button 4) maximize your rotation so that you're always one step ahead of the GCD Macros are great, but there are a few limitations: 1) complicated! -learning macros takes a good chunk of time. It's only something I've been able to do since my work gives me some 'free time' to cruise the UI/macro forum. 2) software limited -While very powerful, there is potential to abuse macros so that, for example, you could hit one button and your character would kill every mob in range (eventually). This potential for abuse has cause blizzard to put some powerful limitations on macros. More about this later. 3) the One Button rule -each macro button can use only one ability each time you press the button. You can code this so that it will use a different ability each and every time you press it (and on a different target!), but you can't press the button once and, for example, have it cast all 5 self buffs on you. I don't even know where to start?! To get started with macros, it's very simple. Just log on WoW and type /m. This brings up your macro box, where you just have to hit 'new' and the game will prompt for a name and an icon. I recommend that you leave the icon as a question mark. (?) The question mark means the game will automatically pick up the picture of the ability that the macro will use. My First Macro For your first macro lets just replace a normal ability you use on your bar in combat. I'm going to use paladin abilities here, but you can replace them with whatever ability you like. So to make my first macro, I went to the /m menu in game, picked a new macro, and gave it the question mark icon. Then I click on the icon, click on the empty box, and type: /cast This is the basic core of every macro. It's basically like the verb in a sentence. You can use different 'verbs' (called slash commands) but this is probably the most popular. Since I want this macro to cast Hammer of the Righteous, I simple type that in after the /cast. /cast Hammer of the Righteous And pow! I'm done! If you drag this onto your bar and hit it a million times, you basically have the paladin protection spec in a nutshell (lol). However this doesn't really give you any extra functionality over a normal keybind. The next thing I'm going to do is make the macro heal a friendly if I have a friendly targeted, or if it's an enemy it will use SotR (shield of the righteous). To do this you add a conditional. This says 'only cast this spell if 'X' is true.' It looks like this (with a breakdown of the macro underneath): /cast [help] Word of Glory; [harm] Shield of the Righteous \__/ \____/\__________/\/ \____/\__________________/ verb-conditional---|---separator|----------------| -------------------ability---------conditional----Ability What this macro will do is check the status of your current target. A 'friendly'(help) value will cause my paladin to heal the target. An 'enemy'(harm) value will trigger the attack ability. If you can grasp macros thus far, you've already learned enough to make macros useful for you. Putting this on your bar will basically cut the number of keybinds you need by 1. Modifier macro commands Another handy feature you can use with macros is called a Modifier. This may sound familiar but it's possible to set a macro so that it will use a different ability or spell if you hold down control, alt, or shift. Here's a basic example: /cast [mod:alt] Seal of Truth;[mod:ctrl] Blessing of Kings;[mod:shift] Righteous Fury; Seal of Insight If you had this macro bound to 1, and you press 1, it would cast Seal of truth (and the seal picture would be on the keybind). You should equip new quest rewards when their item level starts beating out your previous set of gear. If you are currently wearing Tier 21 gear, it is best to let the quest rewards significantly beat your existing item level before using them. While a Tier bonus is worth a fair chunk of damage, the stats will quickly fall behind. Azerite gear additionally is another 1-3% per bonus, on top of raw stats.
This farm almost did not make this list. Even though I have had only a little luck with it, it seems to be gathering some popularity in the gold farming community.  Although I feel with the recent changes in 7.3,  this farm is very close to dying out.  Generally what you want to to do is pull every mob you can as you venture to the last boss in the instance.  The only saving grace of this farm (if you can call it that) is that some mobs are GUARANTEED to drop greens.  Guaranteed.  Whether or not they drop profitable greens is a different question, however it's a must-mention quirk you get from running this instance.  It also allows you to get your hands on some rare low level blues.
Certain locations in World of Warcraft – primarily inns, capital cities, and private instanced zones like your garrison or class order hall – are rest areas. You know you’ve entered one because your character portrait will gain a “Zzz” icon where your level is normally shown, and because you can immediately log out of the game instead of waiting 20 seconds. 

These are Warlock- and Mage-only skills which can net you some money. It's not much, but a few gold is worth it. Note that Mages have an easier time with this than Warlocks as Warlocks need to be at the location for the summoning and need an additional person (a 3rd) for the group to help out with the summons. Mages only need the reagent to open the portal. While the Warlock doesn't incur a cost (except the loss of a soul shard), the Mage will typically be more successful at finding employment using this method.

For your tank... I'm assuming you meant which race should you be, not which class, since you seem to want to be a warrior! Well, if you were Horde side I'd recommend Tauren for the health buff. But honestly, I *never* pick a race based on the racial features - only based on the flavor. If you are going Alliance side, I am quite partial to dwarf warriors myself but pick whatever seems most fun to you!

Similarly, when earning by volume, do not overload the AH with your items. Basic supply and demand: too much supply will make your wares too common and unwanted. Furthermore, with great demand and a cheaper price, you may end up starting a price war with your competitors, with them actively trying to undercut and outdo you. Moderate the amount of items you're selling on the AH to small batches, refilling them only when sold out.

AWESOME spot.. if you are a druid, here's why.  This spot takes place on an island in the very north part of Stormheim, which is surrounded by water.  In this water are 2 groups of crabs that roam in packs of 12.  Each of these crabs can be skinned for scales and with the usual perks I mentioned in the earlier skinning spots.  (See spot 13).  The only catch is sometimes the crabs are very far apart and require some travelling to get to.  Druid travel forms not only have increased swim speed, but the wild charge ability allows you to swim 150% faster for 10 seconds, all the while replenishing your breath meter.  Pretty cool right?  I found that druids are AWESOME for farming this spot and can easily outclass other farmers here.  It's a druid spot that limits the competition – while ensuring you have the most uptime.  Very cool.  Gutting and level 3 stormscale skinning recommended.
